At this year's doctoral seminar hosted by the Thuringia Research Campus at Plankstetten Monastery, external doctoral candidate Aiste Paškauskaitė presented the current status of her research on careers and micropolitics.

In December 2025, Elisabeth Bethge presented a current research project funded by the “Gender in Focus” funding program at the international annual conference of the European International Business Academy (EIBA) in Athens, Greece.
Elisabeth Bethge has received funding for the “Diversity in Print” project as part of the university-wide “Gender in Focus” project, which aims to systematically strengthen gender aspects in research.
