At this year's EURAM Annual Conference in Florence, Matthias Menter and Max Schülting were awarded with the Best Paper Award of the Special Interest Group Strategic Management for their paper “The impact of top management team dynamics on business model innovation: A longitudinal analysis of turnover, tenure, and tenure diversity” (co-authored by Lutz Göcke).
