AOM 2025 Annual Conference

At the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting 2025, which took place in Copenhagen (Denmark) from July 25 - July 29, Emilie Holley presented her paper "Reconfiguring university business models to foster social impact: Organizational approaches and barriers" 

(co-authored by James A. Cunningham, Erik E. Lehmann, Matthias Menter, Richard B. Nyuur, and Felix Starke). Moreover, Max Schülting presented his papers “The impact of top management team dynamics on business model innovation: A longitudinal analysis of turnover, tenure, and tenure diversity “ (co-authored by Matthias Menter and Lutz Göcke), "Aligning for innovation: The impact of person-organization fit on business model innovation and firm performance" (co-authored by Matthias Menter and Lutz Göcke), and "Unpacking dynamic capabilities:  A longitudinal study on the impact of sensing, seizing, and transforming on business model innovation".
