20th BHJL Workshop on Empirical Microeconomics in Jena
On January 20 and 21, 2026, the 20th Bamberg–Halle–Jena–Leipzig (BHJL) Workshop on Empirical Microeconomics / Applied Microeconometrics took place at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. The workshop brought together young researchers from the universities of Bamberg, Halle, Jena, and Leipzig for an intensive scientific exchange.
The focus was on current research in applied microeconomics and professional discussion in a collegial environment. The event was organized by us, the Chair of Public Economics at FSU Jena.
