The Chair of Information Systems, especially E-Commerce and Digital Business, participated in the International Workshop on Chatbot Research and Design – CONVERSATIONS 2025. The symposium brings together leading researchers each year to discuss current developments in conversational AI.

Giuliana Lavagnino, research associate at the chair, presented her work on Adaptive Scaffolding for Human-Centered AI in Education. The workshop offered an excellent platform for international exchange: in addition to presenting her own research, she gained valuable insights for ongoing projects and engaged in enriching discussions with early-career researchers as well as established experts in the field.
