Max Schülting presented his papers entitled “The More the Merrier? Resource Slack, its Impact on Business Model Innovation, and the Role of Dynamic Capabilities” (co-authored by Matthias Menter, Lutz Göcke, Patrick Spieth, and Christopher Zeeb) and “The Impact of Top Management Team Dynamics on Business Model Innovation: A Longitudinal Analysis of Turnover, Tenure, and Diversity” (co-authored by Matthias Menter and Lutz Göcke), thereby winning the Best Paper Runner-up Award 2025. Felix Starke presented his paper entitled “Reconfiguring University Business Models to foster Social Impact: Organizational Approaches and Barriers” (co-authored by James A. Cunningham, Erik E. Lehmann, Matthias Menter, Emilie Neye, and Richard B. Nyuur). Janina Voigt presented her paper “The Impact of AI-Adoption on Firm Performance: An Investigation of Catch-up Processes” (co-authored by Martina Buratti, Matthias Menter, and Nikolaus Seitz).
