SCANCOR PhD Course on Institutional Analysis,

In the last week of August, Lena M. Fischer participated in the SCANCOR PhD Course on Institutional Analysis, hosted by the University of Bergen (UiB). The course, offered by the Scandinavian Consortium for Organizational Research (SCANCOR), brought together scholars from around the world. The program deepened participants’ understanding of institutional theory and concluded with intense and fruitful discussions.
