Emilie Neye and Janina Voigt participated in the Doctoral Seminar of the Chairs of Microeconomics at FSU Jena, Economic Policy at TU Ilmenau, and Business Dynamics, Innovation and Economic Change at FSU Jena, which took place 5-9 May 2025. Emilie presented her paper entitled “From Incremental to Radical: Exploring the Impact of AI and Dynamic Capabilities on Business Model Innovation” (Menter & Neye) and Janina presented her paper entitled “The Impact of AI Adoption on Firm Performance: An Investigation of Catch-Up Processes” (Buratti, Menter, Seitz & Voigt).
