AI and Algorithmic Management at the 6th Future of Work Conference (ETUI), Brussels

Elisabeth Bethge presented a research initiative at the 6th Future of Work Conference, hosted by the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) in Brussels. The conference brought together scholars, policymakers and practitioners at the european level to discuss how digitalisation is reshaping work organisation and regulatory responses across Europe.

As part of a panel on collective rights and worker participation in the governance of AI at work, the project “Algorithmic HRM and the Future of Work in Multinational Companies: Worker Voice, Co-determination, and Regulatory Pathways in the Age of AI” was presented.

The conference provided an important forum for interdisciplinary exchange on the future of work and the governance of AI in employment contexts.
