20th Organization Studies Summer Workshop

The 20th OS Summer Workshop in Thessaloniki on Hope, organized by the Organization Studies community, brought together scholars from around the world to discuss and advance research on this meaningful topic.

During the workshop, Lena M. Fischer presented current research on “Power, Hope and Habitus in Multinational Corporations”. The study explores the role of agency as well as individual and collective forms of hope in shaping organizational processes and power relations within multinational corporations.

The summer workshop provided an excellent opportunity to engage with an international community of scholars and to receive valuable feedback on the ongoing research project. Together with co-authors Dr. Daniel Pastuh, Dr. Jan Goldenstein, and Prof. Dr. Mike Geppert, we look forward to incorporating the perspectives and suggestions received during the workshop into our continuing work.
