Presentations at IPDMC 2026 in Stockholm

Members of our chair presented two current research projects at the Innovation and Product Development Management Conference (IPDMC) which took place from June 10 to 12, 2026 in Stockholm. The conference offered a focused setting to discuss ongoing work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, innovation, and firm development.

Prof. Dr. Matthias Menter presented the paper “Productivity or Innovation? Exploring the Strategic Role of AI Adoption on Firm Performance” co-authored by Maksim Belitski, Martina Buratti, Nikolaus Seitz, and Janina Voigt. He further presented the paper “Aligning for Innovation: The Moderating Effect of Person-Organization Fit on the Antecedents and Consequences of Business Model Innovation,” co-authored by Lutz Göcke, and Max Schülting.

Emilie Holley presented the paper “Artificial Intelligence as a Driver of Business Model Innovation: An Investigation of Firm-Level Capabilities,” co-authored by Matthias Menter and Patrick Spieth.

The presentations generated constructive feedback from the international innovation and product development research community and provided useful impulses for the further development of all presented papers.
